Starting with our 2025 season, we’re partnering with Nimbus Disability, a leading UK authority on accessible ticketing, to use their Access Card Scheme.
This will give you guys a smoother and better experience at Paradhis Festival, but will mean a few changes in how you buy tickets with additional accessibility features and how we handle your evidence for these needs. Find out more below
You must buy all other tickets you require for the festival as you need the ticket codes to apply for the Essential Companion ticket. You also need to have a Nimbus Access Card (APPLY FOR THIS HERE), or a Paradhis / Quick Panda Productions Access Digital Pass (APPLY HERE). Once you have purchased all tickets you require, and you have your pass you can apply for the Essential Companion ticket here
This pass is linked to, and can only be used alongside, the event ticket used by the cared for person. As such, the Essential Companion and the cared for person cannot enter the event separately and must stay within reasonable proximity of each other at all times.
An Essential Companion must be an able-bodied person aged 18yrs or over, and they must assist and carry out full and safe ‘duty of care’ for the cared for person, at all times.
Please note, if you purchase your Essential Companion ticket – we cannot offer refunds.
The Essential Companion ticket is for festival entry only.
If you are the Essential Companion for a child - you must purchase an adult ticket, and the child will receive the EC ticket.
As we ourselves are not experts in the Equality Act, validation of your access needs will now be through Nimbus Disability via an application for Paradhis Festival Digital Access Pass. This is a free pass that will be valid for 3 years.
There will also be the option to upgrade to an Access Card for £15.00 which you can use at other venues, events, attractions throughout the UK. Validating this way ensures everyone gets the right support while preventing any misuse.
Our commitment to accessibility remains unchanged. Our friendly team and staff are still here to support you if you have any questions or need assistance.
For further support you can contact dale@quickpandaproductions.co.uk
.
To apply for your Free Digital Access Pass, please click here and go through the simple registration form and upload any validating evidence about your access requirements.
Remember, you will only have to do this once and it will last for 3 years for your Paradhis application!
An Access Card is a universal way of conveying your access requirement with organisations and ticketing systems in the UK and beyond. You can purchase an Access Card for £15 for 3 years and this covers you for any event or attraction that are part of the Nimbus scheme.
The Paradhis Digital Access Pass is a free way of conveying your access requirements, but is locked to Quick Panda Productions Events and cannot be used for any other event or attraction. You still go through the same process but receive a digital number and no card. It lasts for 3 years, and you can always upgrade to a full Access Card at any point.
Yes, we do. We have a separate location that is no more the 50m away from the main entrance. This location has allocated camping spaces. The campsite has its own separate accessible showers/toilets. You will need to pre apply for this facility and be approved to camp in the location. Find out more here
If you have missed the deadline, please do contact us as soon as possible or alternatively if it is just a essential companion ticket you require, please bring your Access Card or Access Pass to the box office on the day and we can provide you a essential companion pass there as long as you already hold a festival ticket.
Please bear in mind we have a limited number of accessible camping pitches, and these may have already sold out.
Trained and well behaved assistant / guide dogs are welcome to join us at the festival.
All dogs must be kept on lead at all times, and must be clearly identifiable with a jacket. You need to have your Access Card (with assistance dog symbol) or accredited paperwork for the dog as you may get questions from security or other team members as there is a strict no dog policy onsite.
Please ensure you clear up after your dog, and take them away from the main festival arena to do their business.
If there is any breach to the rules you will be asked to leave site with your dog.
