Finding the Warrior within - Ancestral Plant Wisdom. Connecting to the Nettle plant through stillness and motion.
Nettles have great ancestral and medicinal importance to these lands. They symbolize new beginnings, protection and strength; in mind, body and spirit. We will explore different ways to connect to the Nettle plant consciousness in foraging, meditating with nettle tea, intuitive movement and making nettle chord together. To ground, connect and remember.

In this 90 minute workshop we’ll ground into our bodies and breath before exploring a series of playful activities designed to foster deep connection. Cutting through the surface level chit chat, come home to your heart and show up more authentically, more fully YOU.

More and more people are being drawn to psychedelics as tools to support healing, but how can we weave the gifts from these experiences into our lives to support lasting transformation? 

This talk explores an expanded perspective on psychedelic integration, inviting us to think about it not simply as the period of time following a psychedelic journey, but a new way of living. One in which we listen to the rhythm of the forest and follow the way of nature.
