Tracey will be gathering us all around a fire for a magical mythical story. Stories are medicine for the soul. 

There is a deep remembering in our bones how stories support us back to our soul and deepen us back to our connection to the world around us. Immersing yourself in the story you will notice a character in the story that resonates with you and mirrors where you are in your life right now…And at the ending of the story I will be encouraging you to spend some moments feeling into the inquiry of ‘What are you going to do with this now?’

Deep diving to unwind our multigenerational trauma and karmic baggage, is a necessary journey for liberation, the carousel will keep turning us until we attach to the peace in our centre. <3 

When I was deep in the dark night of the soul I thought the generational grief and waves of karma that would crash me on the rocks again and again were the only way to be spiritually washed from the roots up. Many of us have to take the deep route, but we don't have to suffer it. Our attachment to cycles of suffering, even when it is in the name of healing, are smoke and mirrors on the way to something more true. In this workshop we will explore practices that cultivate a devotion to life through trust and vibrancy. Focusing on 3 things: inner strength, connection to the mystery/life/god/truth, and ability to let go. Ending with sharing and questions/discussion <3
