COLD WATER SWIMMING & BREATHWORK
Led by host Sophie Hellyer, soothe your mind with a short breathwork practice before embracing the wild outdoors with a cold water swim in Boconnoc's lake.
Think of it more as a dip, no marathon swimming skills required! Sophie Hellyer is a surfer, yoga teacher, and cold water swimmer. She founded the #RiseFierce movement to inspire women to try cold-water swimming.

This Wim Hof Method accredited workshop is about reconnecting us - to ourselves, to others and to nature.

Health Precaution
Out of precaution, we advise against participation during pregnancy, or if you are epileptic. People with cardiovascular issues, or any other serious health conditions should always consult a medical professional before starting the Wim Hof Method.
SAUNA SESSIONS
Finnish saunas are considered to have their own unique character, they retain energy and create loyly. The loyly enhances the experience.
This energy is first born with the craftsmanship of wood-fired saunas by ex boat builder Martin Dean from Kernow Springs. Your heart rate will increase to running pace, the temperature dilates blood vessels, reduces blood pressure, and increases blood flow to the skin and muscles. Under hot stress the body promotes a release of the body’s natural cooling hormone this allows the cells of your body to catch more of the endorphin hormone the next time you are exposed to an endorphin provoking exercise, such as an ice bath.
What to bring:
Please note No under 12’s allowed in the Sauna. All under 16’s must be supervised while in the spa area by an adult (of over 21 years).

Stand Up Paddle board Yoga' is at Paradhis!
